Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver only within Pakistan.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are:
- Major Cities: 2–5 business days
- Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Any promotional offers such as free shipping will be clearly mentioned on the website.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details so you can monitor your shipment.
Delivery Attempts
Please ensure that the shipping address and contact information provided are accurate.
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the parcel, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your parcel.
To process your claim, you must:
- Record a clear, uninterrupted video while opening the sealed package.
- Ensure the parcel seal is intact before opening.
- Provide your order number along with the unedited unboxing video and photos of the issue.
Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement or exchange.
Delayed Deliveries
While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- Public holidays
- Extreme weather conditions
- Courier service disruptions
- High order volumes
